How can I register with you?
You can register online at www.esp.com.au, or visit one of our offices in Dandenong or BroadMeadows.
How do I send you my resume?
As with candidate registration, we are happy to receive your resume either online or you can drop it in to one of our offices. Our website contains easy to use templates to help you create or update your resume.
How do I apply for a position?
ESP advertises positions several different ways, and these advertisements will contain information on how and where to apply. ESP is always looking for good staff, so we may even be able to find an opportunity for you with an existing client that may not have been advertised. Just follow the candidate registration process on our website.
What sort of workers do you employ?
We have three divisions within our business, White Collar, Industrial and Trades.

Are there any costs I need to pay?
No.
How does the recruitment process work?
Important - we are placing staff daily into various assignments, so clearly communicating your availability is of the utmost importance.
What is the pay week?
We pay weekly.
Any hours completed between Monday and Sunday will be paid the following week. (i.e. if you commenced a role on a Friday, you will be paid for the Friday the following Wednesday)
When do I get paid?
ESP Tecforce electronically transfers the funds into your nominated account on a Wednesday evening.
These will show up as cleared funds early on a Thursday morning.
How do timesheets work?
Different sites run different timesheets.
This will be explained to you prior to you starting your role. The different methods of timesheets are
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are completing the relevant timekeeping process.
If you do not fill in a timesheet, or forget to clock in or ouy, you must ensure that you notify your supervisor or ESP Tecforce that day.
Do I get paid overtime or penalty rates?
You will always be paid in conjunction with the State, Federal or EBA applicable to the site that you are working on.
Upon accepting an assignment, your ESP consultant will tell you the rate of pay. Overtime and penalty rates apply on most sites.
Do I get paid Superannuation?
Yes, all ordinary hours carry a 9% super payment in accordance with Fair Work Australia. You will be paid your hourly rate + 9% super.
You are able to nominate your own superannuation fund, if you do not have your own superannuation fund, your superannuation will be paid into ESP Tec force’s fund, LUCRF.
Are all jobs temporary?
Most position commence as temporary.
On many sites there is the opportunity for more permanent or ongoing work. The onus is on you to prove yourself as reliable, hardworking and motivated.
The more positive attributes you display, the better your changes are of getting an ongoing and/or permanent role.
